Company Midnight was founded in 2015 under the non-profit organisation ShakeThat and is a collaboration be- tween Simone Scaini and Joris Verbeeren.

The previous partnership with company ShakeThat, shared passion for the night and endless experimentation eventually led to the inevitable birth of this company.

Joris is an autodidact, lover of slapstick, manipulation with everyday objects and the night....
Simone is a neurotic, self-taught and “Mad Professor”.
Chauvinist regarding food and drinks, also possessed by the night...
Together they created the show “Us” where they dived into the world of knife throwing and gave it a completely new and unique twist.

Company Midnight is gesticht in 2015 onder vzw ShakeThat en is een samenwerking tussen Simone Scaini en Joris Verbeeren.
De vorige samenwerking met compagnie ShakeThat, gedeelde passie voor de nacht en eindeloos geëxperimen- teer samen, hebben uiteindelijk tot de onvermijdbare geboorte van deze compagnie geleid. Joris is autodidact, liefhebber van slapstick, manipulatie met dagdagelijkse voorwerpen en de nacht....

Simone is neuroot, autodidact en “Mad Professor”. Chauvinist betreffende eten en drinken, tevens bezeten door de nacht... Samen maakten ze de show.
”Us” waarin ze in de wereld van meswerpen doken en er een volledig nieuwe en eigen draai aan gaven.

Company Midnight a été fondée en 2015 dessous le soutien l’ASBL ShakeThat et est une collaboration entre Simone Scaini et Joris Verbeeren.
Le partenariat précédent avec le spectacle ShakeThat, passion partagée pour la nuit et expérimentation sans fin ensemble, a finalement conduit à la naissance inévitable de cette compagnie. Joris est un autodidacte, amateur de slapstick, de manipulation avec les objets du quotidien et de la nuit....
Simone est une névrosée, autodidacte et « Mad Professor ». Chauvin en matière de nourriture et boisson, pos- sédée aussi par la nuit... Ensemble, ils ont fait le spectacle.

“Us” où ils ont plongé dans le monde du lancer de couteau et lui ont donné une tournure complètement nou- velle et unique.
